Job Opening: Senior Service Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Product: Heat Pump (Hashe)

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair heat pump systems
• Pre-commissioning, commissioning, and testing of equipment
• Provide on-site service support at customer locations
• Guide customers on proper system operation
• Attend product and technical training sessions
• Moderate travel for site visits
• Timely resolution of commissioning issues and service complaints
• Coordinate with site support and technical teams
• Follow all safety precautions and company guidelines
• Handle installation and replacement of spare parts
• Collect customer feedback after service completion
• Maintain service tools, testing equipment, and safety gear
• Identify warranty and non-warranty repairs before servicing
• Basic knowledge of computers

Note: Training will be provided.

Qualification

Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

Minimum 3+ years in a similar industry
